Question 1

What is ProjectCOZY?

Accepted Answer

An API gateway. One OpenAI-compatible endpoint and one key give you models from several providers, with flat pricing per pass instead of per-token billing.

Question 2

Which tools work with it?

Accepted Answer

Any tool that accepts a custom OpenAI base URL, such as Cline, OpenClaw or the OpenAI SDKs. Setup guides are in the docs.

Question 3

Is this a subscription?

Accepted Answer

No. Each pass is a one-time payment for a fixed number of days. Nothing renews automatically.

Question 4

What happens if I buy while a pass is active?

Accepted Answer

The new days are added to the end of your current pass. A 30-Day Pass with 12 days left plus a 7-Day Pass gives you 19 days. A free trial does not stack: a paid pass replaces it.

Question 5

Do all passes include every model?

Accepted Answer

Every paid pass unlocks every model in the catalog. The free trial covers a smaller set of trial models.

Question 6

What does the free trial include?

Accepted Answer

1 day and 20 prompts on the trial models, so you can test it with your own tools.

Question 7

What happens when my pass ends?

Accepted Answer

Requests with your key stop working until you buy another pass. Your key and settings stay as they are.

Question 8

Which payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Binance Pay.

Question 9

Can I get a refund?

Accepted Answer

Access is digital and available immediately, so payments are final. If a technical fault on our side stopped you from using a pass you paid for, contact us and we will make it right.

Question 10

What base URL do I use?

Accepted Answer

http://192.168.1.55/v1, with your cozy_ key as a Bearer token. Your client adds /chat/completions itself.

Question 11

Do I need a different key per model?

Accepted Answer

No. One key works for every model. Change only the model field.

Question 12

Does streaming work?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Set "stream": true and read the server-sent event stream exactly as you would from the OpenAI API.

Question 13

What happens when a model is rate limited?

Accepted Answer

You get a 429 response. Wait a moment and retry with backoff, or switch to another model by changing the alias.

Question 14

Is my API key secure?

Accepted Answer

We only store a hash of your key. The key itself is shown once when it is created and cannot be retrieved again.

Question 15

How do I rotate my API key?

Accepted Answer

Regenerate it from the API keys page in your dashboard. The old key stops working immediately and the new one keeps the rest of your pass.

Question 16

What do you store about my requests?

Accepted Answer

Request metadata such as the model, time and token counts, so your usage can be shown to you. The privacy policy covers this in detail.
